Expertise across the support areas of planning, monitoring, impact assessment, research, institutional development and governance and reform. Has special interest in the areas of health (health systems, RCH, sexual health), natural resource management and livelihoods. Has been involved in the planning of health projects and programmes at various levels (at regional and national levels) and for various types of organizations (from small community based organizations to governments). Has developed and implemented monitoring systems in over eleven states of India.
